TryShieldTech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), ships only from facilities within the continental United States. This Shipping Policy forms a binding part of our Terms of Service and applies to every order placed on www.tryshieldtech.com.
1. Eligible Shipping Destinations
1.1 We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
1.2 We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands)
- Freight forwarders or package consolidators that re-route outside the U.S.
- Any international destination Orders placed to ineligible addresses will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees already incurred.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
2.1 Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii – see 2.2).
2.2 Alaska and Hawaii: Flat-rate shipping will apply and be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where shipping costs become commercially unreasonable.
2.3 No expedited, overnight, or two-day options are offered at this time.
3. Processing & Delivery Timeframes (Business Days Only)
3.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
3.2 Estimated delivery after carrier pickup: 5–10 business days (continental U.S.). Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.
3.3 These are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon tender of the package to the carrier.
4. Carrier Selection & Tracking
4.1 We select the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others) in our sole discretion.
4.2 Once shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive or retrieve the package.
5. Delays, Non-Delivery & Force Majeure
5.1 The Company is not liable for late delivery or non-delivery caused by:
- Acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, or public-health emergencies
- Carrier delays or failures
- Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping address provided by you
- Your refusal or failure to accept delivery or retrieve from carrier facility
- Customs delays (if applicable in the future)
- Labor disputes, war, terrorism, or governmental actions 5.2 Address corrections or re-routes requested after shipment may incur additional fees charged by the carrier and passed through to you.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
6.1 All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed in writing to info@tryshieldtech.com within 10 calendar days of the carrier’s stated delivery date or “delivered” status.
6.2 We are not obligated to file claims on your behalf after that window closes.
6.3 If the carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address, the claim will be denied and no refund or replacement will issue.
6.4 Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the exterior packaging and damaged contents.
7. Signature Requirement & Package Release
We may, at our discretion, require signature confirmation. If you waive signature or select “leave at door” options through the carrier, you assume full risk once the tracking status shows “delivered.”

We stand behind our product quality, but once the package leaves our facility, transit risk is on the carrier and, ultimately, on you as the buyer under standard commercial terms.
